Lance Cure
Lance commenced his career with the Bank of New South Wales (now Westpac) in January 1975 and held various positions within the banking and finance industry until March 1986, at which time he founded Finance Brokers of Tasmania Pty Ltd opening the first office in Launceston.

Lance has arranged all types of finance in his role as broker/director, from small personal loans to complex commercial transactions. He has served as a Tasmanian representative of the Mortgage and Finance Association of Australia and is currently president of the Tasmanian chapter and national delegate of the Finance Brokers Assocation of Australia.

Lance continues to enjoy his role as broker for his many clients and still arranges a wide and varied range of loans for both existing and new clients.

Gary Casboult

Having had a career spanning 36 years in the banking and finance industry and holding the pinnacle qualification of Certified Professional Finance Broker ensures Gary has the background, knowledge and experience to provide expert advice in all matters relating to finance.

Gary is passionate about assisting his many clients to obtain the best finance for their situation, whether it be a small personal loan or a complex commercial transaction and he welcomes the new challenges of this dynamic industry. Launceston Based Directors

Matthew Prewer
Since joining Finance Brokers of Tasmania Pty Ltd in 2002, Matthew has very quickly progressed to become an enthusiastic, capable and experienced finance broker.

Matthew holds a Certificate III in Mortgage Lending and is working towards his Diploma. Matthew is based in Launceston but frequently visits the North West and West Coast regions of the state.

Shane Williams
Shane has been in the finance industry for over sixteen years, initially joining Westpac Banking Corp and more recently with another company specialising in home and personal loans.

He holds a Certificate IV in Finance/Mortgage Broking and is currently completing his diploma. He is also a member of both the Mortgage and Finance Association of Australia and Finance Brokers Association of Australia.

Shane takes pride in providing quality service to his clients, whether it is for a small personal loan or a complicated commercial loan and finds great satisfaction in building relationships with his clients which last the life of the loan and beyond.

With over twenty continual years in the finance industry, Malcolm has achieved the background and a depth of knowledge in all areas of finance broking that enables him to pass on this experience to his clients to enable them to access the best financial package available.

He is committed to providing a service that will leave his clients more than happy and his follow up service ensures that they need not look anywhere else for their finance needs.

Ken Walton
Ken has been in the finance industry since 1970. With thirty two years with Westpac Banking Corp and six years with Finance Brokers of Tasmania Pty Ltd, he has an extensive knowledge of all areas of finance broking.

From personal loans to commercial loans, Ken can assist clients to acheive their goal and his friendly, personable manner makes him a favourite with clients.
